At 23, Emmie took a terrifying risk that became an exhilarating journey — one that has seen her grow from a jobless Psychology graduate to CEO of her own multi-million-pound company. The highs have been extraordinary; the lows, of course, have been challenging. Emmie is a mother, CEO, Executive Coach, and a runner. Through The Pryde Foundation, she channels her life experience in two ways: speaking to groups, and coaching and mentoring adults and young students 1-2-1.

To everyone she works with, Emmie shares extraordinary stories spanning three decades in business as the sole director of a successful company. She reflects honestly on her own path and reminds her audiences that no career is linear. Early on, she faced real hurdles — no coach or mentor to guide her, and no funding to get her business idea off the ground. Today, she is making sure the next generation doesn't face the same gap:

"Being in a position to offer a grant to students with an extraordinary business idea but no money to implement it is one of the greatest joys in my life. Hearing updates from them, offering coaching along the way, and watching them soar into entrepreneurship is like nothing else."
